W. Bradley Cotton served as a police officer in Ontario, Canada for almost 28 years specialising in police training and community safety projects. Following retirement, he obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh, where he is currently pursuing a doctorate in management. Brad’s research interests include policing/public sector value measurement, police training, alternate methods of policing/public safety delivery, policing history and police reform.
